Posted: Sun 11:38 pm Post subject: ungrouping graphs pasted into OOoDraw All of the Modify>Group/Ungroup commands in Draw are disabled. Fonts look perfect pasted into Word or any image editor I've tried. That definitely isn't something DPlot is messing up. A metafile pasted into Draw looks awful: the fonts are completely fouled up. I downloaded Open Office and, no offense or anything, but quickly remembered why I uninstalled it the last time. Draw should have a Paste Special menu command where you can select which format you want. I'll look into this over the weekend (don't have OO at present), but make sure you're pasting a metafile rather than a bitmap. However, when I paste the graph into OOo Draw, it won't let me ungroup it. However, Micrografx Draw is no longer available, and doesn't work in 64-bit Windows 7, even in compatibility mode, so I switched to Open Office Draw. For years, I have been pasting DPlot graphs into the old Micrografx Draw program, then ungrouping them for further processing. I'm not sure which end to approach this question from, so I'm posting it in the user forums in both applications.
